Visual Liturgies are Scripture, prayers and poems created to inspire worship, engage the senses and invoke a deeper contemplation of the things of God. While sometimes visually abstract or rich in metaphor, visual liturgies are often akin to parables, or "thought-grenades", often calling the worshiper to ponder and question their meaning to find their deeper truths.
