When the topic of 'Why do bad things happen to good people?' came up during our 'Got Questions?' series, With Everything seemed like a perfect fit for the worship set. Compelling lyrics, a range of dynamic possibilities and the opportunity for lots of space made this a perfect vehicle for creating a worship moment that engages your heart, draws you into worship, and calls you to leave a changed person. Adding the elements of visual storytelling and scripture into the mix further enhanced the moment, creating a moving, multi-sensory experience. We decided to use the "Don't Worry About Tomorrow" (Matthew 6:25-34) visual liturgy during the bridge, and in lieu of the original lyrics, since the film really drove home the theme (with everything, through everything, in everything, we will shout for your glory...), and built incredible energy to launch into the back-end of the song. Big props to Travis Reed and The Work of the People for such incredible footage and visual liturgy.
